Application

Until when can I apply?
Please complete your application at least two weeks before the course start date.
Is there an age requirement?
Our programs are intended for participants 18 years and older.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept credit card payments via Stripe.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds may be available within a certain period, in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.。

Accommodation

Where will I be staying?
We will arrange accommodation at a partner hotel designated by TWJ, including breakfast.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, all accommodations are equipped with Wi-Fi.
Who will I be sharing a room with?
Private rooms are provided in principle, but shared rooms may be assigned depending on the plan.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, extensions are possible upon request in advance.
Please note that additional fees will apply.

Program Details

Can I participate even if I don’t speak English?
Yes, Japanese-speaking staff will be available to assist you, so you can join with confidence even if you're not fluent in English.
Is it okay if I have no welding experience?
Absolutely. We offer an "Essential Course" for beginners, where you'll learn everything from how to use the tools to basic techniques.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, a certificate of completion will be issued to participants who successfully complete the course.
What does a typical day’s schedule look like?
Training sessions are held in both the morning and afternoon.
A detailed schedule will be provided after your registration is complete.
Are there any specific clothing or items I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for movement.
All necessary welding equipment will be provided.

Visa and Travel

Can you help with the visa application?
Yes, we can provide general guidance for obtaining a tourist visa.
However, please check the latest information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or your local embassy.
Do I need to book my own flight tickets?
Yes, participants are responsible for arranging their own flights.
Is airport pickup available?
Optional airport pickup service is available from the nearest airport.
Do I need to check my passport’s expiration date?
Yes, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Please verify this in advance.

Other

Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected situations.
What kind of local support is available?

Is job placement support available after completing the course?
We do not provide direct job placement services, but we can share relevant information upon request.
